Production is often seen as the management of tasks and money, usually as a subordinate to the artistic vision or in conflict with it. In this training, participants are invited to take a look at Production as the pulse of artistic creation, as the art of managing uncertainties and building relationships to make a vision reality, politically and practically. It is addressed to any theatre maker being a director, production manager or artist. Participants engage in a process of reflection around managing people, resources and creative inputs to acquire key skills and tools which ease the realization of an artistic
project.
