The passing away of my aunt inspired the third performance of my culinary series. Around the smell of onion and freekeh, I celebrate my aunt whom I was not able to celebrate as I wanted to and I share with the audience a dish that she loved and transmitted to me that eventually turned into a pizza. I tell my story with my aunt and the memories we shared in the aroma of those ingredients. By communicating a dish that was dear to my aunt, I pay tribute to her and to those who have not been with us for 40 days, 40 weeks or 40 years.
