Silent Ring by Ahmad Masri
A writer tries to confront the prevailing reality, that is, society, system, and customs, through the heroine of his writings, who is subjected to repression in her home, at school, at work, and with the legal authority.
About the artist
Ahmad Masri holds a BA in Theater from the Lebanese University in 2023. He practices acting and seeks to develop his experiences and acting abilities by practicing many skills, including dancing, playing the guitar, martial arts, mime, clowning, circus art, puppetry, juggling, aerial hammock, and aerial silk. His experience also extends to various aspects of theatrical creation, including directing, stage management, assistant director, actor preparation, and light designer. He participated in many theatrical performances, and festivals, including Zoukak Sidewalks - Children's Festival, Zoukak Sidewalks - The Universities Program, and the Arab Festival for University Theater in Benghazi, Libya.
He is affiliated with groups that practice arts and theater, including the Laban Theater Ensemble, Zoukak Theatre, Ferket Masrahna, Beirut Physical Lab. Ahmad recently founded the Falafel Puppet Theater for children's shows.
