The Reject invites you to listen.
As it tells you stories, recounts dreams and memories, and draws dynamic images in space and time — this performance builds a bridge between Man and the woman who resides within him. It explores the gap formed between them in a binary system. Can the different voices ever listen to one another without drowning each other out?

Mhammad Swed is a Theatre Practitioner based in Beirut, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Actor Training. His experience extends over various aspects of Theatre-making, both onstage and backstage, and he recently wrote his first play. Through movement and writing, Mhammad’s practice tackles the human experience, aiming for individual and collective reflection.
Sharbel Bahry is a Theater practitioner pursuing a Master's in Actor Training. He has worked in performing, training, and directing — having created his first family play in 2022 as a step to redefine Theatre for Young Audiences in Lebanon. Sharbel practices theater for human exchanges, and the growth of individuals and communities.

« الأوضة المنسيّة » تدعوكُم للاستماع.
هذا العرض يقصّ عليكم الحكايات، يُخبركُم أحلامًا وذكريات، ويرسم لَوْحاتٍ ديناميكيّةً في الفضاء والوقت — لِكَيْ يَبنِيَ جسرَ عبورٍ بين رَجُلٍ والمرأةِ الّتي تمكُثُ داخلَه. يبحثُ العرض في الفجوةِ الّتي حفرَها نظامُ الثّنائيّات بَيْنَهما. هل يمكن لمُختلف الأصوات أن تسمعَ بعضَها البعض دونَ أن تطغى على بعضِها البعض؟

محمّد سويد مُمارس مسرحيّ وطالب ماجستير في إعداد الممثّل. تمتدّ خبرته إلى مُختلف جوانب الخلق المسرحيّ، على الخشبة وفي الكواليس؛ وقد كتبَ مؤخّرًا مسرحيّته الأولى. من خلال الحركة والكتابة، يتطرّق محمّد للتّجربة الإنسانيّة، سعيًا نحو التّفكير الفرديّ والجماعيّ.
شربل بحري ممارس مسرحي وطالب ماجستير في إعداد الممثل. عمل في الأداء والتدريب والإخراج — أخرج مسرحية عائلية في ٢٠٢٢، كخطوة نحو تهذيب مسرح الفئات العمرية الأصغر في لبنان. يمارس شربل المسرح للتبادل الإنساني ونمو الأفراد والجماعات.
