5 Sessions from 10 AM to 6 PM over 5 days: 18–19, 25–26 October & 1 November, 2025 in Tyr/Zrariyeh, South Lebanon.
Join us to realize an imaginative breakthrough in the realms of thought and practice in our world today. Together, we will redefine what actions are possible and discover what kind of work we can make real.
This workshop is designed to explore and create personal works that emerge directly from our current reality, echoing and challenging the moment we live in. The goal is to start with a spark, an idea, a desire, and transform it into an achievable action plan based on the resources at hand, using social organizing principles and creative tools.
Participants are asked to come to the workshop with an idea that is dear to their hearts (the idea of a project, or social intervention, or social campaign, or small business, or an artwork, or a text, or a letter, or a performance, etc.). Throughout the workshop, we will work together on developing each person’s or group’s narrative and project plan, in addition to identifying the first small step toward implementation.
At the end of the workshop, participants will present their project to an audience, through a certain form they choose.
The workshop encourages self-awareness and reclaiming the ability to make conscious choices through the “intentional communication” technique. It aims at helping participants connect with themselves and express what truly matters to them.
You can join this workshop as an individual or as a group of 2 or 3 people if you are working on the same project/idea.

خمس جلسات من الساعة ١٠ صباحًا حتى الساعة ٦ مساءً، على مدى خمسة أيام: ١٨ و١٩ و٢٥ و٢٦ تشرين الأوّل، و١ تشرين الثاني ٢٠٢٥، في صور/الزرارية، جنوب لبنان
انضمّوا إلى هذه الورشة لإحداثِ اختراقٍ ما متخيَّلٍ، في مساحاتِ الفكرِ والعملِ في عالمِنا اليوم. سنُعيد معًا تعريف ما هو ممكن من أفعال، ونكتشف كيفيّة الانتقال بالعمل من الفكر إلى الواقع.
تنبعُ ورشة ابتكار الأعمال الشخصيّة هذه من الواقعِ الحاليّ لتحاكيَ اللحظة التي نعيشها وتواجهها. تطمحُ هذه الورشة إلى بلورة أعمالٍ انطلاقًا من فكرةٍ ما أو رغبةٍ ما، وتحويلها إلى خطّة عمل قابلة للتنفيذ، بالاعتماد على المواردِ المتوفّرة ومبادئ التنظيم المجتمعيّ وأدوات إبداعيّة.
ترحّب الورشة بكلّ من لديه فكرة يرغب في تحقيقها. يمكنكم بلورة مشاريع أو تدخلات إجتماعيّة أو حملات أو أعمال فنيّة أو مشاريع إقتصاديّة أو نصوص أو رسائل أو عروض أدائيّة أو سوى ذلك.
سنعمل خلال هذه الورشة على بلورة طرح الأفكار وتطوير خطط عمل واضحة للمبادرات وتحديد الخطوات الأولى لإطلاق المشاريع. يقدّم كلّ مشترك مشروعه أمام جمهور في ختام الورشة، بأسلوبه الخاص.
تحفِّز هذه الورشة عمليّة إدراك الذات والقدرة على اتخاذِ الخياراتِ الواعيةِ والمناسبةِ من خلال تقنيّة “التواصل القصديّ”. تهدف هذه الورشة إلى مساعدة المشاركين على التواصلِ مع ذواتِهم، والتمكّنِ من التعبير عن ما هو مهمٌّ بالنسبةِ لهم.
يمكنكم التقدّم إلى هذه الورشة كفرد أو كمجموعة من شخصين أو ثلاثة أشخاص، إن كنتم تعملون على فكرة مشتركة أو مشروع مشترك.
